A six-course tasting menu by chef Martin Blejec and guest chef Jakob Pintar at the Rose restaurant, from tortelloni with black truffle to rum baba with blood orange. A reception with house sparkling wine in the lobby and music. Wine pairing +€37 per person. Seats are limited.
