Thank you for your booking. Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions of our Hotel:

• A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking.
• On your arrival day you can occupy your room after 2 pm.
• On your departure day please check out by 11 am.
• A later check-out is possible upon arrangement and subject to an additional fee.
• Parking cost for personal vehicles is 30€ per day, and 40€ per day for vans, motorhomes and for buses. In the winter season (1 November – 31 March) the reduced parking rate for personal vehicles is 20€ per day. The number of parking spots is limited, no reservation possible.
• The accommodation price does not include the following tourist tax: for adults: EUR 3.13 per person per day for children from 7 to 18 years: EUR 1.57 per person per day
• The accommodation price includes the use of the swimming pool and fitness studio.
• When making your booking please list the number of all persons who will stay in the room, regardless of their age.

Terms and conditions of cancellation:

Free cancellation is possible up to 2 days before arrival.
In case of a later cancellation or failure to appear, we charge 100% of the booking value.

Your booking confirmation represents consent for us to debit your credit card with the abovementioned costs in case of your cancellation.

• The booking is valid until midnight on the day of arrival.
• Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 pm.

Surcharge for persons using the auxiliary bed

Persons from 4 years on: 80€ per night

Please let us know when booking if you would like us to prepare an auxiliary bed or a baby cot.

An extra bed and a baby cot can be placed in studio, superior and suite rooms.

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement.

The fee is EUR 50 a day. In the winter season (1 November – 31 March) the fee is reduced to EUR 30 a day.

Smoking

Not permitted inside the hotel. Smoking in the room will be charged a penalty fee of EUR 200.

Meals

Breakfast from 7 am – 10.00 am on weekdays and 7.00 – 10.30 during the weekends
A la carte lunch 12 noon – 3pm and dinner 6pm – 9pm
Room service 7 am – 9.30 pm
