Thank you for your booking. Please take note of the following Terms and Conditions of our Hotel:

• A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your booking.
• In case of a booking without credit card please provide an advance payment of 30% of the booking value.
• On your arrival day you can occupy your room after 2 pm.
• On your departure day please check out by 11 am.
• A later check-out is possible upon arrangement and subject to an additional fee.
• Parking cost for personal vecihles in 10€ per day, for vans and buses 20€ per day. The pricelist is valid from 1.1.2023. The number of parking spots is limited, no reservation possible.
• The accommodation price does not include the following tourist tax: for adults: EUR 3.13 per person per day for children from 7 to 18 years: EUR 1.57 per person per day
• The accommodation price includes the use of the swimming pool and fitness studio.
• When making your booking please list the number of all persons who will stay in the room, regardless of their age.

Terms and conditions of cancellation:

Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival
29–14 days before arrival we charge 20% of the booking value
13–7 days before arrival we charge 30% of the booking value
6–2 days before arrival we charge 50% of the booking value
in case of a later cancellation or failure to appear, we charge 100% of the booking value.

Your booking confirmation represents consent for us to debit your credit card with the abovementioned costs in case of your cancellation.

• The booking is valid until midnight on the day of arrival.
• Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 pm.

Surcharge for persons using the auxiliary bed

Children from 0 to 3.99 years: free of charge
Children from 4 to 11.99 years: 50€ per night
from 12 years on: 70€ per night

Please let us know when booking if you would like us to prepare an auxiliary bed or a baby cot.

An extra bed and a baby cot can be placed in studio, superior and suite rooms.

Discounts for persons using the standard bed

Children from 0 to  4  years: 70% discount on regular price

Children from 4 to  12  years: 20% discount on regular price

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon prior arrangement.

The fee is EUR 25 a day.

Smoking

Not permited inside the hotel.

Meals

Breakfast from 7 am – 10.30 am on weekdays and 7.00 – 12.00 during the weekends
Lunch from 12 noon – 2 pm
Dinner from 7 pm – 10 pm
