Martin’s Feast by Chef Martin Šavron

You are warmly invited to join us for a special Martin’s Day feast at Bled Rose Hotel.

The evening will begin with a Martin’s-inspired gourmet menu crafted by Chef Martin Šavron, followed by a spectacular Cabaret Show.

To make the evening even more memorable, we’ll be joined by a special guest – the winemaker from the Marjan Simčič Estate, one of the shining stars of Goriška Brda, who will prepare the perfect wine pairing for each course.

The culinary experience will feature a 6-course menu:

Chef’s bread with whipped yeast butter

Stuffed flatbread with porcini cream, pork terrine, leek, porcini powder

Beef tartare with chestnut cream, pear, anchovies, capers, toasted homemade cracker

Risotto with truffles and game ragout, porcini cream, chive oil

Confit duck, parsnip purée, leek mosaic, red cabbage foam, fennel chips, caramelized duck jus

Walnut tart, caramel sauce, sour cream ice cream, almond crumble, wine-poached pear

Candlelight Christmas Dinner

Join us for our traditional Christmas dinner at a long candlelit table filled with festive warmth and joy. A five-course gala Christmas dinner will be beautifully accompanied by live Christmas music performed by Nina Pintar, creating the perfect holiday atmosphere. And of course – Santa Claus will visit all our guests! This year again, you’ll have the option to take part in a gift exchange (by prior arrangement) and join our traditional torchlit walk to the nearby Church of St. Martin for midnight mass.

AMUSE-BOUCHE
Filled pastry with porcini mushrooms,
homemade pork terrine, leek, and porcini dust

COLD STARTER
Carpaccio of Adriatic octopus, pumpkin cream, fermented garlic mayonnaise, orange sphere, fleur de sel

WARM STARTER
Homemade ravioli filled with pheasant, cauliflower
carpaccio, pheasant jus, chive chips

MAIN COURSE
Beef loin and Adriatic prawns, truffle potato cake, Jerusalem artichoke cream, demi-glace sauce, tomato chips, wild herbs

DESSERT
Compressed pineapple with rosemary, house-made sponge, airy raspberry dough, almond crumble, and sour cream ice cream
