From Midday Light to Evening Calm

The terrace works at any hour the restaurant is open, 12:00 to 22:00, daily. At midday, it’s a bright, easy spot for a longer lunch. In the evening, as the light softens over the water, it turns into one of the more memorable settings for dinner in Bled — without needing to leave the hotel.

Rose Restaurant welcomes outside visitors as warmly as it does hotel guests. Whether you’re staying with us or simply in Bled for the day, a table on the terrace is open to you — we’d only suggest booking ahead, particularly in the warmer months.

The kitchen, led by Chef Martin Blejec and Pastry Chef Urša Sonnenwald, brings modern Slovenian cooking to the terrace — built on local, seasonal ingredients and recognised by both Gault&Millau and Falstaff.
