The wedding organisation includes:

a presentation of the offer and packages
an individual visit of the location
personal or skype meetings with the wedding organiser
consulting about the choice of menus and other catering services
recommendation of selected providers of wedding services
booking and coordination of arrangements with the selected wedding service providers
management of the wedding plan or programme
assistance with administrative procedures and information about the legally prescribed provisions and registration procedures at administrative units
planning, organisation and timeline of the wedding ceremony
consulting and planning of wedding decoration and wedding theme
consulting about the programme of the wedding, music, entertainment, fun and gifts for wedding guests
organisation of transport on the wedding day
consulting about the writing and design of wedding print materials, possibility to make a web page (not included in the price)
concept and organisation of entertainment and care for children and a proposal for children’s menus
coordination of the wedding day: setting up the basic decorations, coordination of all selected service providers and the programme and leading the ceremony protocol
preparation of the personal civil or symbolic ceremony (personal story)
leading of the symbolic ceremony
